my daughter each year for her birthday. But this year we have been introduced to Just Add Cake. What an amazing site! Just Add Cake has been providing services and products locally since late 2007 but their website just officially launched on March 1st, 2008!

A bit about the owner:
I am actually the odd one out in this business… I am single with no kids but I am the proud aunt to 3 nieces and 2 nephews. My business partners, Katy, my sister and Dave, my brother-in-law have 2 daughters that help us with product testing and give the official “kid approval” that is so important to each box. My favorite thing in the world is spending time with my two nieces that live in town. They crack me up! With the research, development and launch of just add cake, I have started reading as many mom blogs as actual moms! I will certainly be ready if I ever have kids. Other than that, I have had to give up most of my other interests to devote the proper amount of time to American Idol!
