Little Ladybug Designs Welcome Home Baby!

The day your precious little baby is born into this world is truly a special, memorable day. You want to shout from the rooftops to everyone you know to check out the most wonderful, beautiful thing in the world. And now you can with Little Ladybug Designs. Kim's designs portray your baby in the way that you want them to be seen. The thing that is extra unique about this site is that not only can Kim make birth annoucements but she also specializes in adoption annoucements. All mothers want to be able to share their joy in receiving their precious gift of life.

Kim and I got to chatting and I asked her how she got started in this business. "I started off as a web designer on the side and found that I loved graphic design. I wanted to be able to stay home and raise our daughter. I started creating announcements for her and for my friend's babies. I also created a video montage about our adoption journey and shared it with family & friends at our daughter's 1st birthday party. It was such a big hit that I wanted other families to be able to cherish this special journey forever." Kim is an adoptive mother herself so she knows the importance of being able to share your child's memories and she does that with some of her products: special occasion video montage, annoucements, thank you cards, birthday invitations, address labels, keepsakes and adoption videos. "My designs are unique and modern. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I want customers to be 100% happy with their final product. I will work with customers to create the perfect card or perfect video montage." I received a sample of Kim's work and was blown away by the quality of the card, the color, and appearance. You won't be disappointed giving these cards to family and friends.

Kim has been in business since 2007 and when she isn't working hard at her business, she is spending time dancing, traveling with her 2.5 year old and loving hubby of 10 years. Kim is generously offering all the readers a 10% discount off all orders through the end of June 2008. Also you can get 10% off 4 or more sets automatically in addition to this discount. That's a sweet bonus! Just use the link below to get shopping!

Join Little Ladybug Designs on March 27th-29th for their Virtual Baby Shower! This party is showering an adoptive mother (who won a contest to be the lucky mom) with gifts for her new baby she brought home. All the sponsors have been generous enough to donate prizes to the mom and offering prizes to everyone who attends the party. So you have a chance to win the same great gifts. So stop by for music, entertaiment, prizes and fun. Get great gifts from sponsors such as Oh My Baby, Sweet Pea Cakes, Etc., Essential Family Living, and My Colorful Treasures, just to name a few. Win Baby Product Gift Basket!

Win a Johnson’s® “Baby Bonding Gift Basket”

Right now at you can enter to win a Johnson & Johnson gift basket filled with wonderful baby products for your little one. Check out the interview with Mariska Hargitay from NBC's Law and Order: SUV and learn about the celebration of Johnson's Baby Pink Lotion! The basket comes with the famous pink lotion, a cashmere wrap and something for moms- a set of Johnson's Melt Away Stress products! So hurry over and leave a comment. Deadline to enter is Feb. 26th! So you have a few days left to enter.

This reminds me of all my bonding times with my first daughter. She loved bath time and it was part of our nightly routine. Every night she soaked in the bath tub, played with her toys and I read books to her. Then she would get out and I would massage her with the baby lotion and get her ready for bed. Doing that routine, I swear, helped her sleep better at night. So of course with baby #2, we do the same thing. She is now 14 months and loves having the lotion put on. She holds up her feet, and then her arms and helps rub it on her tummy. I love how clean she smells afterwards. The Johnson & Johnson lavender bed time lotion is fantastic too. I recommend that to put on your babies before bed. You can't find any better baby products then this and now you get a chance to receive them for free!!

Another Great Contest for Little Readers!

So I hopped on over for my daily reading on A Frog in My Soup and sure enough Shera has another great contest going on over there! I know many of us have little ones that love to read and that we love to read to. Well right now you can win a Peter Rabbit Felt Story from A Time to Felt. What an adorable site. After reading the review, I had to sign up. All you have to do is read the review, head over to A Time to Felt, then back to a A Frog in My Soup to leave a comment about your favorite product. Then you are entered to win.

My favorite item was the Down on the Farm Quiet Book. My little one year old daughter loves animals and making the animal sounds. So why not have an interactive book for her to learn more, not be able to destroy and have another way for us to bond together? I can think of nothing better. The Peter Rabbit book is darling too and a total classic. So I would love to win that one. So head on over and get entered!

Update on Girls Night In

The Girls Night In open house was last night! It was a success! We ended up with close to 50 women who came for a night of pampering, free massages, food from Tastefully Simple and Pampered Chef, as well as shopping, prizes and leave with overflowing goodie bags. I enjoyed myself so much and was so happy to hear such positive feedback. It was such an upbeat, positive environment thanks to the great women who participated.

The idea was to have a night that supported other women trying to run their own at home business. What better way to do that then all work it together. I am so happy that everyone was able to get leads, bookings, sales and build their contact list. The question of the night was "When is the next one?" I am thinking April or May!

Now my time will be spent getting our networking group off the ground and keeping up with my blog!!
